Piedra Parada (2+ days)

Immerse yourself in the arid desert of the steppa Patagonica. After a 5 hours drive from Bariloche, without any cellphone coverage, you will find yourself immersed in a spectacular landscape of bizarre rock formations. The "Canyon de la Buitrera" is a natural reserve, spanning 5km in length which we will walk while wandering in caves and smaller canyons to admire all its beauty. The place is rich in biodiversity and we will be able to spot in their habitat condors, chinchillas, snakes and lots of birds. For the most adventurous people, this is a rock-climbing paradise and it can be added to the experience (all levels). Possibility to sleep in a camping (with tent) or in a hostel in Gualjaina village (with phone coverage).
